My primary focus is on the residential home market in N. Westchester inclusive of Somers, Lewisboro, N. Salem, Yorktown, Brewster, Mahopac/Carmel. Additionally I have broad knowledge of the 55+ community specifically regarding Heritage Hills of Westchester. If you are interested in new construction from 2014-2017 I was the exclusive listing agent at Fortune Ridge located in Brewster, a development of 103 new homes priced from $700,000 and up.
I was selected as co-listing agent by the Town of Somers representing it in the sale of properties acquired through tax liens.

Building a home is very exciting but also can be very unnerving. We had never bought a new construction home before and really didn't know what to expect. Chris was able to explain the entire process to us from site excavation all the way through to the final interior touches. Any time we wanted to check on building progress Chris made it has business to be there and explain what work had been done and what work would follow. He even guided us through making interior selections and made suggestions that actually saved us money. We would not hesitate recommending him to anybody buying or selling a house. R & G

From our first meeting with realtor Chris Will, we knew that our current home is where we wanted to call our Forever Home. Chris Will was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with describing the home, all the possible upgrades, and the future projects of the development. Not being from the area, Mr. Will provided us with an extensive list of day cares, schools, and attractions within the area.
He then assisted us with selling our townhome. We faced various frustrating issues with the sale of our townhome ranging from pricing/comp variances to issues related to certificate of occupancy. Chris was instrumental in approaching all issues that arose head on, taking the pressure and stress off of us, and resolving all such issues successfully so that ultimately were able to sell our townhome for a price that we were happy with, and more importantly, timely enough so that we were able to close on our new home on time.
